Our project team recently traveled to Kakegawa, Japan, to participate in a key review meeting for the Addressing Neural Degeneration Project. The event brought together representatives from Nagoya University, the University of Tokyo, the Cajal Institute, and the Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST), which funds the Moonshot Research and Development Program.
We were excited to witness a series of impressive demonstrations from our collaborators at Chutoen General Medical Center, showcasing the latest advancements in their research.
The meeting concluded with a dynamic panel discussion led by teams from the University of Edinburgh and the Cajal Institute. They presented their current research findings and outlined future directions for the project, engaging in a thoughtful Q&A session with the audience.
