ICLR 2019: Changing Societies, Changing Professions, Changing Regulation

Prof. Emilios Avgouleas is a speaker at the International Conference of Legal Regulators 2019, held in Edinburgh 5-6 September 2019. He will be presenting during the plenary panel: Changing nature of regulation in tech-led world, future challenges and opportunities and is a panel member on the Panel discussion with TechLaw Fest, Singapore.
