In this CISA lunch, I am going to introduce how to make Chinese dumplings. For making two different kinds of dumplings, I am going to use: flour, celery, pork, shrimp, egg, cucumber, leek, garlic, ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce, Sichuan pepper, and salt. I will show you the whole process, and you could have a try to make your dumplings. If everything goes well, we would have a taste of what we made in the end.
