Before you complete this form, please ensure that you have reviewed the 'Photographing and filming in Informatics' page and are familiar with the procedure for filming/photography requests. We require a minimum of 10 working days' notice. Where the request will involve out-of-hours working (outside 9 am to 5 pm) we require a minimum of 15 working days' notice. We aim to respond to requests within 3 working days.
